Maple Ridge:
We have a security gate that is card activated, only one card is issued per unit, this gives us accountability. We have resident managers that patrol the lot regularly. Our lot is secured and alarmed between the hours of 10:00 pm and 7:00 am. Many of our medium and larger units have the option of being alarmed individually for an extra charge. Of course your best security is a good lock.
North Vancouver:
We have two security gates that are code activated, you will input your
access code - followed by the star key - to enter the facility. This
will allow you to access only your unit. If you open any other unit -
locked or unlocked, an alarm will sound. We have resident
managers that patrol the lot regularly. Our lot is secured and alarmed
between the hours of 10:00 pm and 7:00 am. Of course your best
security is a good lock, therefore we offer two types of locks for sale.
You can purchase a regular padlock or deadbolt if you so desire. The
only people with keys to your locker will be those you give it to. |
